Here’s how this process works at Springfield Printing: Once we receive your files, they’re placed in our Rampage electronic workflow system. We then output laser proofs that are read by our experienced, dedicated proofreader. This process is much more in-depth than a spell-check program; the proofreader reads every page of every project for spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, tone and clarity. The proofreader then marks any errors or questions directly on the proof. These comments are also summarized on the proof sheet that accompanies the laser proof we send you, which allows you to quickly and easily find and change any errors.
